Your data, your choice
Online AI (BaySpark AI, or your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) is the most capable, for everyday questions. What you type goes to the AI company that runs it. Private AI runs on your own computer: nothing leaves your machine, and it costs nothing per message. Most people use both, and we show you when to use which.
With BaySpark AI, your messages go from your app to the AI service, not through our computers. We only see how much credit you've used, never what you wrote.
We don't need your passwords. You type them in yourself.

Yes, in person around the Bay Area. Smart Home Starter is $445 for up to 8 devices, Safe at Home is $595 for peace of mind for older parents, and Whole Home is $895 for up to 25 devices. We work with Apple Home, Google Home and Alexa, and can buy the devices for you at device cost plus 25%, or you can buy them from our shopping list.
